2. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

3. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, any advance payment made is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
To cancel your order, please email us at hello@footballstuff.in with your order number.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
At Football Stuff, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer a replacement under the following terms.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Timeline for Reporting:
You must notify our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. -
Product Condition:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and the original invoice. -
Proof of Issue:

A clear unboxing video showing the entire unsealing process (from package opening to product inspection) is mandatory for all replacement claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Without the unboxing video, claims for physical or packaging-related issues cannot be processed.

Verification:
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided evidence (video/photos). If approved, a replacement will be processed for the same item or a similar one (subject to stock availability).
Non-Replaceable Items
The following categories are not eligible for replacement:

Personalized or customized products, such as items printed with a name, number, or logo.

Unsealed items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, shin guards, or insoles).

Products that show signs of use, wear, or modification after delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents post-delivery.
Replacement Process

Share your order ID, clear description of the issue, and unboxing video/photos.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Football Stuff reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the returned item fails quality inspection or does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.

In case the product is out of stock, you will be offered a store credit or alternative product of equal value.

Note:
Replacements are strictly provided for genuine manufacturing defects or transit damages. We do not offer replacements for size exchanges, preference changes, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product’s functionality.
5. Returning Goods
If your replacement request is approved, our support team will guide you through the return process.

We cannot issue a refund or replacement without receiving the returned product in its original condition.
6. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in special cases (such as stock unavailability or order cancellation within 24 hours).

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
