Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing Football Stuff for your football boot needs. We understand the excitement of getting your hands on a new pair of boots, and we appreciate your patience as we work to deliver quality products right to your doorstep.

Processing Time: Every order placed on our website undergoes a meticulous processing procedure to ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Our Customer support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours of placing the order for verification & processing.

Shipping Duration: As we take pride in offering you a wide range of football boots from around the world, we want to be transparent about the shipping duration. Due to the international nature of our products, all orders have an estimated delivery time of 15-21 business days.

Order Tracking: To keep you informed about the status of your order, we provide a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched. You can easily track your shipment in real-time on our website.

Delivery Partners: We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your football boots. Our trusted partners are committed to handling your package with care.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances: While we strive to meet the specified delivery timelines, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, customs inspections, and peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.

Order Modification: Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made to the shipping address or product selection. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

2) COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

COD Availability

• COD is available for select pincodes and order values up to a limit determined by our risk checks (we’ll inform you if your order exceeds the limit).

• High-value or limited-edition items may be prepaid-only.

Advance Payment (Mandatory)

• To secure COD orders and reduce fraudulent/RTO cases, an advance of ₹1,000 is mandatory.

• Our team will share payment instructions on WhatsApp/email.

• Please make the advance payment within 24 hours. Orders without advance confirmation may be cancelled automatically.

Order Confirmation

• Your COD order is confirmed only after we receive and verify the ₹1,000 advance.

• You’ll receive a confirmation message with your order summary and COD balance due at delivery.

Paying the Balance

• Pay the remaining balance in cash to the courier at delivery. Please keep exact change where possible (card/UPI on delivery is subject to courier availability and cannot be guaranteed).

Verification & Non-Response

• We will attempt to verify COD orders via call/WhatsApp.

• If we cannot reach you within 24 hours, we may cancel the order and refund (for prepaid items only; COD advances are non-refundable, see below).

Cancellations (COD)

• You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Advance paid for COD is non-refundable in case of cancellation or if the order RTOs due to customer reasons (unavailable/wrong address/refusal to accept).

Misuse & Fraud

• We reserve the right to deny COD or cancel orders at our discretion in case of repeated RTOs, suspected misuse, or security concerns. Prepaid will remain available.

3) Refunds Related to Shipping/COD

• Prepaid Orders: Eligible refunds (e.g., stock unavailability, lost shipment confirmed by carrier) are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.

• Shipping, COD, and handling charges are non-refundable once an order is processed/dispatched.

• COD Advance (₹1,000):

  • Non-refundable if the order is cancelled by you after 24 hours, refused at delivery, or returned due to incorrect address/unavailability.

  • Refundable only if we cancel the order before dispatch due to stock unavailability or operational constraints.
